7. Proposal Submission Offerors must be responsive IN ALL AREAS Follow the directions in RFP Written Proposal 8 ½” x 11”, minimum margins of 3/4”, minimum font of 11. (See RFP Terms and Conditions and SOW with Submittal Requirements) 2 complete CD in Microsoft Word format with complete proposal files, 1 Original hard copy and 10 copies – each marked as “Original” or “Copy”. EXHIBIT – CONFIDENTIAL/PROPRIETARY: Separate sealed envelope (See RFP Terms and Conditions 2.7.3) Original Proposal shall be in black ink on white paper with no shading.
