12 FY11 Plans Electronic request for major, minor (field of study) changes  Over 14,000 changes annually, all paper based  UG only  Workflow routing for approvals Online directory preference settings  Will allow ability to select if name, address and phone are part of online directory. Electronic grade changes for instructors Class schedule display of required materials w/ISBN # as required by new federal legislation ARIESweb changes that to provide more detail for faculty and advisors (add attributes, athlete, photo id, more) UTFAB – February 23, 2010 SIS Project Request 12

15 Other possible changes Class Schedule rewrite – this is a major initiative; goal is to improve user interface and consolidate key schedule data on one web page Reorganize RAMweb mainpage to eliminate scrolling Add single sign-on to RamCT and other applications commonly used by students Create a graduation checklist section for UG students that are in the last term of study Many items are on the list for consideration UTFAB – February 23, 2010 SIS Project Request 15
