No special laws about health promotion or healthy lifestyles Youth laws are available at regional level. A new block in National Priority Project “Health” is dedicated to disease prevention and health promotion – federal level. At regional level only Republic of Karelia has a regional healthy lifestyle programme. Risk factors are included in federal and regional programmes (drugs, law offences).
