10. My Mindset I believe students learn in different ways and have different styles of learning. I believe that teachers are responsible for individualizing instruction, motivating students to learn and finding ways to assess student learning in an authentic way. I believe that reflection and continued learning is absolutely essential for all teachers.

Benefits:  Students learn at own pace, can watch clips at any time.  Flipped classroom idea, where lecture is homework and practice/homework is done in class with teacher.  Teacher is working more with each student and his/her individual needs.  Can also use it to record the classroom that day and then post online as a video file or on YouTube for students to watch at home.
