4 OSEP Grant Priority Alignment High need LEA High poverty school Persistently lowest achieving school UDL Competitive Preference: Applicants that demonstrate an established relationship with a high-need LEA that will provide scholars with a high-quality practicum experience in a high-poverty school, which may include a professional development school

5 OSEP Grant Priority Alignment Professional development school Competitive preference: Listening and spoken language skills. Clinical learning Competitive preference: Track graduates & quality of services they provide Competitive preference: Existing relationship high-need LEA + practicum in high poverty school

6 OSEP Grant Priority Alignment Competitive preference: 50% or more minority Competitive preference: Applicants that document how the project will collaborate with the SEA or State teacher licensing agency on issues of program improvement that affect teacher quality and effectiveness.
