15. The workers and the employers agree that all workers will be represented by only one trade union

16. An employment tribunal is a special court set up to deal with disputes between workers and employers. Its job is to decide if the employer or employee has broken the law. Sometimes, but not always, the workers will be supported by a trade union. Employment tribunal’s deal with most of the laws relating to employment.
