2. State of the art of the 2 nd interim report  Generally the submission deadline hasn’t been respected by the partnership (31 st May 2009). Please send us as soon as possible all the documentation request!!!

3. State of the art of the 2 nd interim report  This is also a key requirement to be satisfied in order to be entitled to request the 3 rd pre- financing payment. The other requirements are:  To prove to have spent the previous pre- financing payments.  To show coherence between the implemented activities and the expended budget.

4. State of the art of the 2 nd interim report  We remind you that in order to be eligible all the expenses shall be justified by adequate supporting documents and proof of payments.

5. State of the art of the 2 nd interim report  Please, attach to the report a VAT declaration stating if your organization recovers or not VAT.

6. State of the art of the 2 nd interim report  Please, enclose to the report a declaration concerning the staff cost composition (salary, social security, tec.) for each staff charged under the “staff costs” budget heading.
