10 DCINY is a professional production company with experience presenting at venues including Carnegie Hall and the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. It provides a quality performance experience in collaboration with high caliber musicians and soloists. To perform at a DCINY event is usually done through audition, but AISG has been personally invited.

12 Performance on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Alice Tully Hall in the Lincoln Center Two-part program on the Music of Southeast Asia Part 1: Anthony Giles (ISBangkok) Part 2: Craig Hella Johnson (former conductor for Chanticleer Men’s Chorus in San Francisco) Each conductor will work with separate choirs, each consisting of over 120 members

19 The Goal is to Create a Meaningful Musical & Cultural Experience

20 DCINY & APAC Choir The group that attends the DCINY event will be an auditioned group. A priority of attending this event is to send AISG’s best singers. In doing so, it is in the best interest of the school and music program at AISG to link the DCINY event and the yearly APAC Choir festival. While there is no mandate saying that a participant in APAC must also attend DCINY, we would expect that students who are chosen to represent AISG at DCINY will have also participated in APAC Choir.
