6. The Reset Password function on the log in page is working. If your email address is incorrect in your OneX profile or you are typing in a different email address than what is in your profile, you will NOT receive an email with a temporary password. You must send an email to: support @qlxchange.com and give the correct email address. Once support has updated your profile with the new email address, they will give you a temporary password. Be sure that you go in and change that temporary password to what you want, once you are in your back office.

Once the upgrade function is available. Upgrade, creates an invoice which goes to your eWallet and then gets paid.
