18.  Houses lose more heat on colder days, it stands to reason that on a warmer day the house can be heated to the same temperature but using water at a lower temperature saving energy.  A Boiler Energy Saver will make no saving on the hot water going to the taps as this is directly heated. However installation of the + model on the heating will maximise the savings possible on the heating side.

19. The Boiler Energy Saver operates below the internal boiler thermostat temperatures. The existing temperature sensor is not removed The boiler controls are not physically altered but set just above the operating temperature of the Energy Saver. Manual bypass switch will allow system to operate as previously before installation.
