9. Housing Projects Owner Occupied Rehabilitation will provide a loan to the homeowner for the rehabilitation. A lien will be placed upon the property that is due upon sale, or transfer of title. All rehabilitation projects will be required to provide a budget for each house to be rehabilitated prior to approval of work. 20. Final Note on the Ranking Sheet The CDHG Commission makes the final funding decision Even if project receives a low score, an agency’s presentation to the Commission may help the project still receive funding Presentations: be on time and ready
