All rights reserved. 17 - 3 Overview Information Publisher provides: Out-of-box reports A framework for creating HTML reports based on the Management Repository data The ability to: –Schedule the generation of reports –Store the scheduled copies for future reference –E-mail the reports to intended audiences –Share the reports with the entire business community

These report definitions: Are available to all Enterprise Manager administrators Cannot be deleted Can be used to make a customized report to fit specific operational needs

All rights reserved. 17 - 13 Report Targets You must have at least view privileges on a target to run a report on that target or the report must have been set to use the privileges of the report owner. You can limit a report to be for a certain target or type of target on the General page. Only one target can be entered as a target parameter (this could be a Group target if desired). The report target can be included or defined in the individual report element parameters when supported by that element.
