1 13-1203. Assault Any unlawful attempt or offer with force or violence to do a corporal hurt to another, whether from malice or wantonness. 13-1204. Aggravated Assault Is committed when intent to do more than merely frighten the victim such as intend to kill, rob, or rape or cause serious harm. 13-1406. Sexual Assault Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that tends to create a hostile or offensive work environment.

2 13-1203. Assault Consequence Class 1, 2 or 3 misdemeanor and can be punishable by fines ranging from $500- $2,500 and possible jail time from 30 days to 6 months. 13-1204. Aggravated Assault Consequence Class 2-6 Felony and can be punishable by 6 months to 10 years in jail 13-1406. Sexual Assault Consequence Class 2 Felony and can be punishable by 5 years to 28 years in jail

Sexual Abuse A person commits sexual abuse by intentionally or knowingly engaging in sexual contact with any person who is fifteen or more years of age without consent of that person or with any person who is under fifteen years of age if the sexual contact involves only the female breast. 13-3601.02. Aggravated Domestic Violence Occurs when a person is convicted of a third or subsequent violation of the Domestic Violence statute A.R.S. §13-3601 within the previous seven (7) years. 13-1202. Threatening or Intimidating A person commits threatening or intimidating if the person threatens or intimidates by word or conduct to cause physical injury to another person or serious damage to the property of another.

Class 5 Felony if victim is over 15 and can be punishable by 9 months to 2 years in jail. 13-3601.02. 5 13-1304. Kidnapping Occurs when a person is taken from one place to another against their will or a person is confined to a controlled space without legal authority to do so. Arizona kidnapping of any kind is charged as a felony. 13-2923. Stalking Repeated harassing or threatening behavior by an individual, such as following a person, appearing at a person's home or place of business, making harassing phone calls, leaving written messages or objects, or vandalizing a person's property. 13-1504. Criminal Trespass in the First Degree Unlawfully looking in, entering, or remaining on a residential structure or fenced yard.

Stalking Consequence Class 5 Felony and can be punishable by 9 months to 2 years in jail. 13-1504. Criminal Trespass in the First Degree Consequence Class 6 Felony and can be punishable by 6 months to 1 ½ years in prison.

7 13-2921. Harassment Any kind of behavior that is intended to annoy, disturb, alarm, torment, upset or terrorize someone. 13-2810. Interfering with Judicial Proceedings Engages in disorderly, disrespectful or insolent behavior during the session of a court which directly tends to interrupt its proceedings or impairs the respect due to its authority; or disobeys or resists the lawful order, process or other mandate of a court.

8 13-2921. Harassment Consequence Class 1 misdemeanor and punishable by fines up to $2,500 and up to one year in jail. Typically with harassment charges an order of protection will also be put in place to keep the parties separate. 13-2810. Interfering with Judicial Proceedings Consequence class 1 misdemeanor and punishable by fines up to $2,500 and up to 6 months in jail.
