6 Air Cooling coil The refrigerant will pass the cap tube for cool down. - Cooling coil’s temperature should be lower than air inlet. Because it will be useful for cooling to air inlet, the air inlet will turn into cool. Outdo or Indoor Air inlet 21-27 C System of air condition (Normal condition)

7 Compressor working is compressing the low pressure (low temp)refrigerant to be high pressure(high temp). And the electrical power of compressor is “Power Input”. Refrigerant at 60 - 80 C Refrigerant at 7 - 0 C Outdo or Indoor Air inlet 21-27 C System of air condition (Normal condition)

8 Refrigerant at 45 C Compressor work at 100% Refrigerant at 7 C Compressor will compress refrigerant from 7 to 45 C Outdo or Indoor Air inlet 30-40 C System of air condition (Normal condition)

19 Outdoor Mid Coil Over Temperature Protection (Temperature at middle of hot coil is more over.) When the cooling is mal function such as fan of outdoor unit are stopped, or dirty. Compressor’s current and hot coil’s temperature will be more. When temperature is more than 60 C, the system will decrease compressor working.
