Chen 6 CA The CA system provides full functionalities on web portal certificate application, generation, distribution, revocation, status query and management. Three layers : the Web server, the Function server and the DB server Independent CA system dedicated to CNGrid

Chen 7 Resources management  Resources in VegaGOS are in various forms, and are accessed in different ways.  Resource controller mechanism (RController) is used to import and manage various heterogeneous resources in a unified way.  Provides many functions for resources like create, destroy, access control, access, read and write properties, etc.

Chen 8 Data Management A virtual file system manager that solves the stage in, stage out and data sharing problems in Grid. composed of storage services, mapping services, management portal, and GUI management tool (GUI Man) and command line management tool (CMD Man) for clients.

Chen 11 Interoperability  Application level:  A test system was developed at IHEP  BESIII jobs can be submitted to gLite (at IHEP) and GOS (at Hong Kong University)  Have to interact with applications  Service level:  GOS Adapter based on JSAGA can be a solution, since we do not need to touch the details of GOS  BUAA and IHEP should be involved

Chen 12 To Do  Produce a JSAGA adapter for GOS, based on the SAGA standard  This may minimize the touch to GOS codes  The JSAGA adapter can be developed during the EPIKH/CHAIN school in the coming April  BUAA and IHEP will work on the adapter  Deployment and challenge test in the rest of the year.  IHEP will contribute the application deployment
