2. Baiterek Venture Fund JSC is pleased to offer investors the acquisition of the Integrated automated spinning and torsional factory located in the Southern region of Kazakshtan. Baiterek Venture Fund JSC (hereinafter – the Fund) is established to execute investments in priority sectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan, specified by the State program on industrial- innovative development. The Fund is the part of JSC Baiterek National Management Holding`s group of companies, one of the leading development institutes established by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Investment Mandate of the Fund allows participation in: projects under development of business plans and feasibility studies projects requiring improvements to the stage of BFS (bankable feasibility study) projects nearing completion of preparatory work before starting distressed assets and projects in need of capital restructuring for later recovery and restart.

5. The system allows for production of carded and combed cotton yarns in the range of Nm34/1-Nm68/1 and twisted yarn Nm40/2. High-tech equipment of the factory allows production of the yarn of different numbers. Installed production chain is designed for the simultaneous production of 468.8 kg/h of carded and 259.5 kg/h of combed cotton yarn produced by ring-spinning method. 6. PROPOSAL We offer the acquisition of the high-tech factory which products are highly demanded in China, Turkey and other countries that produce textile products.
