2 Background +Introduction of new Telco’s have changed the dynamics of Telecom Business. Monopoly is a thing of the past. +New Telco’s may lure away high traffic customers’ by offering managed voice & data networks and Other Value Added facilities to initially attract & then to retain customer accounts +Present Proposal seeks to obviate movement & churning of such customers from the TELCO.

3 Business Model +Coral shall under arrangements provide Voice & Data Switches and other VAS services to the TELCO’s Customers. +Coral can also provide fixed mobile converged platforms to support Private GSM networks integrated with PBX. +Coral shall ensure provision of value added services like call center solutions, Hotel / hospitality solutions. +It can include Soft-switching functionality for providing extensions over IP backbone. +Coral can also provide Customer Premises Equipment such as DSLAMs / Mux for setting up data networks. Coral could also provide Wi-Fi carpeting and point to point RF links. +TELCO shall make an exclusive arrangement with the customer to route 90% of its traffic through this switch. +TELCO on its part shall share a part of its revenue with Coral as the service provider to help offset its Cost.

7 Customer Profile +All single & multi-locational customers having requirement of 50 ports and above for Voice or Data or both such as –Enterprise Buildings –Hospitals –Airports –Factory Complexes –Government Ministries –State owned Companies –Corporate Sector –Resorts and Hotels –Travel Houses –Condominiums & Apartments Blocks etc. –Software Parks

8 TELCO’S Scope + Provide PRI/E1/DID Junctions at customer site and maintain the same. +Allocate frequency spectrum for one to three carriers if private GSM services are required. + Provide IP connectivity/Bandwidth for provision of DSL Services and provide PRI links between customers’ locations to facilitate Q-Sig. +Raise Bills for rentals, call charges and bandwidth to the customers and provide a copy to Coral to augment collection. + Advertise & Market the scheme extensively

9 Coral Scope: Technology Partner +Provision of State of Art Switching Equipment comprising of Voice & Data on Private GSM networks integrated on New generation PBX systems with soft-switch at the core & xDSL ports with Power Back-up and MDF for the contracted period. +Maintenance of the equipment at its own cost +Value Added Services like Voice Mail, Charge Advice, CLI etc. +Provision of D.I.D with unique number for each extension. +Provide call logging & extension wise billing

10 + Shall set up integrated VPN’s over backhaul connectivity provided by the TELCO +Provide traffic analysis with historic & real time report +Provide Personal Telephony Applications such as auto dialing, name dialing, pop-up screens, call notes etc. +Set up LAN- WAN connectivity + Market the bundled service package as the TELCO’s Agent Coral Scope: contd…

11 Customer Scope +Provide free Space, Power & Air-Conditioning to install, operate and maintain the switching equipment. +Provide for telephone sets and cabling up-to MDF +Sign an agreement of service commitment for 6 years to route 90% of all its traffic through the installed system +Pay monthly rental per analog extension or DSL or VAS extensions +Pay normal prevailing call charges as per PRI Billing and for the Internet Bandwidth. +Provide the cost of wiring and in building distributed antenna system, wherever required.
