WP 7 Joint and sustainable transport in health and care Entire WP 7 is dedicated to planning and developing the most functional cross-border transport model for health and care, a process which starting point is establishment of the system for collection, systematization and analysis of data on patients, services and professional mobility. A major input to this process is comprehending relevant national framework, documents and policies of each of participating partner country that are involved in cross-border transport modelling. Cross-border cooperation will allow improving transport routes for health and care, as well as to promote the development and networking of health and care resource in the Adriatic area. 5. Establishment of an Adriatic collection system for data, information and statistics Surveying In order to establish a data collection system that will cover the entire Adriatic region, first, practices of data collection, processing and reporting in each of the participating country need to be defined. This is foreseen to be done through conducting survey(s). It is often difficult to discern patient mobility from service mobility and professional mobility, as overlap between the three is possible. We foresee that 3 surveys will be conducted, one for each type of mobility (patient mobility, service mobility and professional mobility). 6. Designing survey and methodology AZUS will design survey and propose methodology. By survey planning and conceptualization we: Identify what we want to learn; Identify institutions that will participate in the survey; Define method for collection of data, Define sampling techniques (interview vs. individual survey); Define timeframe; Define mechanism of evaluation of survey process when done; Define report template in which partners will be submitting the survey analysis. 7. Discussing methodology and testing survey Methodology will be discussed among the partners of AdriHealthMob (suitability od questions, given the local circumstances, culture, etc.) for achieving consent of all partners, prior to testing. Testing the survey – AZUS will prepare a brief guideline for facilitation of survey deployment and reporting on the findings. Based on the testing results/feedback, the needs for further improvement are identified. 8. Survey deployment AZUS will prepare a brief guideline for facilitation of survey deployment and reporting on findings in given framework. 9. Analyzing management of data in each partner country in the fields of patient mobility, service mobility and professional mobility based on the results of conducted survey The objective of this activity is to analyze collected data, which will serve as foundation for development of Protocols. AZUS will: analyze and report on Survey on patient mobility data management in each country; analyze and report on Survey on service mobility data management in each country; analyze and report on Survey on professional mobility data management in each country. 10. Development of joint methodology for collection, analysis and sharing of data on patients, service and professional mobility in Adriatic area Based on the Analysis of current practices of management of data in each partner country in the fields of patient mobility, service mobility and professional mobility, and current EU best practice methodologies and regulatory frameworks, objective is to develop 3 methodologies for collection, analysis and sharing of data on: a) patient mobility, b) service mobility and c) professional mobility, that would support the establishment of Adriatic system for collection, analysis and sharing of data, information and statistics.
