To develop a successful partnership requires time and effort, but it is necessary for the success of the project

Has a clear timetable and detailed work programme been set for each phase ? Has a common communication procedure been set ? Have we reached a firm and clear agreement as to the costs to be met by each partner ? Can each partner’s cash-flow sustain the worst-case timetable for the payment f EU funds to the project ? Have concrete products been identified (i. e. conference, training, reports, etc.)

Is the plan sufficiently flexible and robust to protect the project’s core objectives if we encounter unexpected obstacles ? Does the project plan set out clear schedules, targets and quality standards, and does it define when, how and by whom progress will be reviewed ? Does the proposal include project evaluation and dissemination?
