2 Final Assignment Make a nutritious meal that contains all of the food groups and resembles the new My-Plate Icon Must include –Recipe and step by step directions –Step by step and final product picture –7 paragraph essay on the nutritional benefits of each food on the plate

7 Chili 1lb lean ground beef 1 (15oz) can black beans 1 (15oz) can pink beans 1(10oz) can chipotles with adobo sauce 1 (12oz) can roasted tomatoes Directions: Place ground beef, beans, chipotles, and tomatoes in a crock pot on low heat for 6-8 hours. *Serve with 1 serving (14 chips) of whole grain tortilla chips

Last paragraph –Describe the results, the taste, texture, and appearance of the meal. Would you make it again? No plagiarism
