4 SKIN Largest organ of body, working round the clock to Protect from harmful bacteria's, viruses and fungi. DOES NEED SOME REST Go in for steam or sauna bath. That releases some toxins through perspiration. Brush body with good quality body brush made of natural bristles. Do it on dry skin and towards the heart. This would remove the dead cells, open pores and also add to blood circulation. Body Massage with good oil. To rejuvenate the skin.

AS IT STIMULATES THE INTESTINES TO GET RID OF WASTE PRODUCTS. ▪ DRINK PLENTY OF WATER i.e. AT LEAST TWO LITRES A DAY. PART BE IN FORM OF HERBAL TEA, FRUIT & VEGETABLE JUICES. NO TO CAFFEINE DRINKS.
