2. Chief complaint  The woman said that she feels tired and dizzy most the time.

3. Patient’s problem  Domestic violence-the woman is often bullied by her husband.  Her husband would do these things to her :  cuts her photos into pieces  Lock his bedroom’s door and refuse to let her in  Threaten her and not to let her work

4. Communication style  The doctor use “think”, “maybe” to give patient directions instead of telling her what to do.

5. Cultural issue  In Taiwan, when a woman undergoes domestic violence, she will choose not to tell others.
