6 An Automatos client since 2005, Vivo managed to achieve total control over its IT park, bringing very significative positive impacts in Vivo´s business. Vivo used to use another desktop monitoring solution, and wasn´t obtaining the trustworthy information after 2 year of implementation, which was identifying only 12.000 assets within Vivo. Automatos was called to solve the problem and in a preliminary analysis the Automatos Infrastructure Management (AIM) solution identified 22.000 assets Since AIM´s implementation, Vivo started to obtain precise information about the IT asset park, with a total control over purchases X used licenses.
