6. Ephesians 4:1 I urge you to live a life worthy of the calling you have received.

7. Become who you are! Ephesians 5:8 You used to be like people living in the dark, but now you are children of the light because you belong to the Lord. So act like children of the light and make your light shine.

9. 3 steps to living in the light: Ephesians 4:17 I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking. They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts. Having lost all sensitivity, they have given themselves over to sensuality so as to indulge in every kind of impurity, with a continual lust for more.

13. Step 3 - Put on the new self Ephesians 4:24...to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.

14. Ephesians 4:25 Stop lying and speak truthfully to your neighbour. Don't get so angry that you sin. Don't go to bed angry and don't give the devil a chance. If you are a thief, quit stealing. Be honest and work hard, so you will have something to give to people in need. Stop all your dirty talk. Say the right thing at the right time and build up others by what you say.

15. :31 Get rid of all bitterness and anger. Don't yell at one another or curse each other or ever be rude. Instead, be kind and merciful, and forgive others, just as God forgave you because of Christ.

16. Ephesians 5:1 Do as God does. After all, you are his dear children. Let love be your guide. Christ loved us and offered his life for us as a sacrifice that pleases God. :3 You are God's people, so there shouldn’t even be a hint of sexual immorality or indecency or greed.

17. Ephesians 5:8 You were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light (for the fruit of the light consists in all goodness, righteousness and truth) and find out what pleases the Lord.
