9 Higher Apprenticeships Level 4 Average starting salary: £17,785 (Rising on a regular basis) Work towards either a degree (foundation), Higher National Diploma (HND) or a Higher National Certificate (HNC). Opportunity to gain National Vocational Qualifications NVQs). Level 5/6/7/8 Focus on developing management- based skills e.g. Leadership, career guidance, strategic management and business management.
