4 General information Programmes mostly are conducted in Polish. Minimal number of points required for admission is established: on the basis of results entered by applicants according to the number of places available The number of places available is established every year. Knowledge of Polish language verified: during entrance examinations on the basis of Polish proficiency certificate DEPARTMENT OF ADMISSIONS

Get friendly with Online Application System www.erk.uj.edu.pl Create an OAS account Provide all required data (personal data, data on the educational background) Register to the study programme (see the study programmes catalouge) Confirm your registration (with application fee and/or required documents upon registration) Provide results of your secondary school final exams or grades obtained during study programme completed and/or sit your examinations 3. Find out your qualification result and… … if you qualified for admission do not forget to enrol DEPARTMENT OF ADMISSIONS

10 4. Get your decision … … in a paper form (via post) or create an ePUAP 1) account have a Trusted Profile 2) or secure digital signature and get it in an electronic form (via ePUAP) 5. Steady, ready, study! 1) ePUAP - Electronic Platform of Public Administration Services (available in Polish only) 2) Trusted Profile – free of charge simple digital signature and authentication method to be used for contacts with public administration in Poland executed through ePUAP platform DEPARTMENT OF ADMISSIONS
