5 Basic dental hygiene 1.Brush teeth twice a day 2.Floss your teeth 3.Rinse your mouth with water 4.Be careful what you eat so you can help protect your teeth.

6 BEWARE of GERMS: 1.Coughing! 2.Sneezing! 3.Touching! 4.Flies!

7 Remember what you can do to protect against germs: Do NOT share: 1. drinks that you are using 2. food your are eating 3. things that go in your mouth 4. do not put toys or objects in your mouth
