18 MEDICAL  Cadets with inhalers or epi pens must have them at ALL TIMES  Medical professionals are on site 24/7 (major)  Routine medications will be taken during uniform change or lights out

19 PHYSICAL FITNESS TEST  On last full day at 0500

20 UNIFORM STANDARDS  Blue service uniform  Shined shoes  Flight cap  Hair grooming standards apply  Rank is centered on collar  Military bearing applies  Inspected every day after breakfast

21 YOUR NEW HOME! Your room will be dust free No trash in the trash can Luggage in storage closet Lights off Name tapes are 6" and squared off

22 YOUR BED! OR LACK OF…. Hospital corners 6 inch collar Pillow centered Shoes tied and lined up touching each other Towel fold facing wall of room 1" away from post Washcloth fold facing wall 1" away from post

23 YOUR WARDROBE All clothes will be hung one inch apart Shirts will have right sleeve facing the viewer The legs of pants will be to wearers right side with the fly facing out All items will be grounded and centered

24 YOUR INSPECTION DRAWER White towel folded in the bottom Evenly spaced Labels up Must be clean and dry Drawer will be left open 6"

25 JUST A TYPICAL DAY  Wake up at 0500  Morning formation  Pt  Back to dorms change into uniform and shower  2nd morning formation  Breakfast  Uniform inspection  Back to dorms change into pt gear  Activity #1  Lunch  Activity #2  Activity #3  Dinner  Sports/ parade practice  Snack and rankings  Evening review  Next day preperation  Taps at 2100

26 THINGS TO KNOW  Bring the required items  Set up your room immediately  Get along with your roommates and flight (even if you don’t like them  Your cadre actually do like you  Make their job easier by behaving and being on time  You matter to the overall flight sucess  Wear a watch EVERYWHERE  Bring your water EVERYWHERE  Tell someone if you feel sick  Follow the rules, its for your own good!  Enjoy the ride, it doesn't last long
