4. OFFICE 365 MIGRATION Migrating all Administrative and Support Staff (approximately 75% complete) Migration of all Instructional Staff Creating new student accounts

5. RECONFIGURATION OF INSTRUCTIONAL WORKSTATIONS Reconnect all teacher and student workstations in classrooms, labs and library media centers Reconfigure all instructional workstations for new network and domain Update network switches for new configuration

SECURITY UPDATE PROJECT Raptor visitor management system for Hempstead High School and ABGS Middle School Devices configured and field testing at the High School is in progress 219 visitors processed since installation Selection of vendor to update and enhance video security and door access systems Seven vendors were invited to present their solutions 5 presented, 1 declined and 1 did not respond Final stages of recommending a vendor to the Superintendent for her approval
