14 www.nchfa.com SystemVision for Existing Homes Competent Person performs initial audit + house characterization (HPwES) + SV for Existing Homes Standards Scope of work is developed, supplied to, and reviewed by Advanced Energy Retrofit work is performed Unit is tested out and work is reviewed. Home is certified. NCHFA incentivizes at closing for new low income borrower. 14
