4 ‘STABLE’ FUNDING LEVEL Stable funding is defined as an annual increase of 5.0% - 6.0% An increase in this range keeps the school district ‘whole’ Class sizes will remain within recommended ranges Special education and student support needs will be met Basic maintenance and custodial needs will be addressed
