5. Mitch Albom Mitch Albom (1958─) is an American best-selling author. He is also a journalist, screenwriter, dramatist, radio and TV broadcaster, and musician.

6. Mitch is best known for the inspirational stories and themes that weave through his books, plays, and films. Now he is well-known for his philanthropic work in Detroit, Michigan where he founded 4 charities.

9. The Five People You Meet in Heaven T he book (2003) recounts the life and death of an old maintenance man named Eddie. Trying to save a little girl, Eddie lost his life and found himself in heaven where he encountered five people who have significantly affected his life.

It tells the story of a troubled man and his mother, and explores how people might use the opportunity to spend a day with a lost relative.
