Make sure that the condom is the right size for your penis
Open carefully w/o a sharp object
Hold the tip of the condom to remove the air
With the rolled rim on the outside, roll the condom over the erect penis

After ejaculation, but before the penis becomes flacid, hold the condom at the rim and withdraw the penis
