7 Employment dissatisfaction was high for self-management (38%), planning and organising (38%), problem solving (34%) and initiative and enterprise (33%) Fiona and her friend working for a GTO know of a combined total of around 100 female Apprentices in different trades looking for work. The apprenticeship hiring system hasn’t changed much in the past….

The support of these role models encourages apprentices to strive for success, plan career paths and network. Role models are there to answer apprentices questions, provide support and encourage apprentices to finish their apprenticeship. Buddy System
