5. Length of Copyright Works created after 1978 are covered for the author's life, plus 70 years Before 1978, a total term of protection of 95 years

9. What can I use? Public Domain: work whose intellectual property rights have expired, been forfeited, or are not applicable Works that contain "copyright free" disclaimers Works where permission is granted Information from most government sources Facts
