2 Background March, 2012, proposal presented to the UTFAB Merge list of ASCSU online service requests with the list of ‘on hold’ projects from the Registrar’s Office Fund a web developer to address the most critical issues Priorities to be determined by the UTFAB in consultation with the Registrar’s Office, ACNS and IS April, 2012 Funding approved, search process begins October, 2012 Erica Burr onboard! 15 April 2013 Web Development Update - UTFAB 2

3 Top FY13 Priorities Identified Added directory preferences changes to RAMweb Status: Done Course search/registration redesign Extensive effort, many customers with complex requirements Substantial development effort! 4 A Collaborative Effort This project relies on multiple departments working closely and effectively with each other In addition to Erica, estimated contributions from other departments specifically for these projects include: Information Systems – 100 hours Registrar’s Office – 200 hours ACNS Cross training of Middleware staff for UTFAB sponsored applications Secondary application support Position management 15 April 2013 Web Development Update - UTFAB 4
