Planned for Future Incorporate deadlines into applications View all applicants in one view Enhanced rating system Saving sort order as default Custom application list under consideration Lori asked the group about a few other things that have been requested, in order to try to determine the need/use for features if included. One of the popular requests is to have the application set up to be different at the degree and option levels within a program.

Additional Wish List Items? Email to gradschoolhelp@psu.edu

Wish List Questions? Lori asked the group how the admissions cycle with the new GRADS system had gone. Overall, the group felt things had gone well. Several attendees expressed appreciation for the work put into GRADS and Graduate School systems. There were some issues with applicant-submitted transcripts expiring. Request was made to modify wording in offer letters and document requirements, as applicants seem to still be confused, at times. Request was made to add submission date of references. Request was made to give faculty (and referee?) ability to edit his/her own rating. Request was made to interface completeness to applicant status page. Request was made to enable label modification from list view. The group was reminded that requests can be made at any time using the blue tab within GRADS or sending an email to gradschoolhelp@psu.edu. All issues from the meeting were added to the GRADS Wish List for further consideration.

The LionPATH training team is looking at additional types of training options and time frames that best suit faculty.

Another Important Note Data Warehouse will no longer be populated with new admissions, as of Fall 2016. Do you have any application processing tied to the data warehouse?

Also… Sunset of ISIS and (ISIS) GRADS are being discussed.

Don’t Forget! ISIS GRADS (interfaced to ISIS) and LP GRADS (interfaced to LionPATH) are completely separate. Updates to one must also be made in the other.
