14 Eligibility – Resident of approved service area (exclusive) – Certified by FL2 as needing skilled nursing home care – Able to live safely in the community with the services of the PACE program at the time of enrollment Characteristics – Ninety percent plus are dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid – Almost ½ have dementia as a significant diagnosis 14 ELIGIBILITY & CHARACTERISTICS
