5 Progress targets – NEW Positives: Fits in with the move towards looking at progress as well as standards We need to stress this is about improving rates of progress within the school and not an expectation that all pupils will make 2 levels progress Issues: Two levels is ‘whole levels’ e.g any L4 to L6 What happens if pupils have no prior attainment? What happens if pupils join school mid key stage with no prior attainment?
