8 8 Next Steps in Development of OLCS Training Train the trainer programme n Will be held from 13th to 15th March inclusive in Athlone n 12 people will be trained by Bearing Point. n Consist of school and Department representatives

9 9 UAT – User Acceptance Testing Testing of the system over a three cycle period from 27 th March to 3 rd May 2006 Five school representatives will be required for Cycle 2 Cycle 2 will be held on Wednesday and Thursday 12th and 13th April and Tuesday to Friday 18th, to 21st April inclusive Testing will take place in Athlone

10 10 UAT – User Acceptance Testing Familiarisation Day for UAT will be held on 16th March in Athlone. 8 school representatives covering primary and second level Five representatives will participate in UAT - 3 backup Six Department representatives.

11 11 Consultation on Introduction of OLCS Change Management Group meetings Stakeholder Group meetings Participation in UAT Testing Participation in pilot Articles in newsletters (Leadership) Presentations at conferences Updates on Department and other websites
