A CHIEVEMENT OF EFFICIENCY REQUIRES RESEARCH AND ADJUSTMENT OF ALL NETWORK PARAMETERS R ESEARCH OF A TRANSPORT NETWORK WITH APPLICATION OF SIMULATION MODELING IS NECESSARY

8 T HE PROGRAM MODULE FOR FILLING AND ANALYSIS OF TRANSPORT STREAMS PARAMETERS O PTIMAL METHOD FOR SOLVING THE AFOREMENTIONED PROBLEMS IS SIMULATION MODELLING. F OR THE ADEQUATE DESCRIPTION THE CURRENT SITUATION, THE PREPARATORY PHASE INCLUDES : 1.C OLLECT INFORMATION ABOUT THE CITY AS A WHOLE. 2.C HARTING THE EXISTING STREET AND ROAD NETWORK OF THE CITY. 3.E XPLORING PLANS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF STREET AND ROAD NETWORK. 4.M ONITORING OF PASSENGER FLOWS AND TRANSPORT TRAFFIC. 5.C OLLECT DATA ON THE LEVEL OF AIR POLLUTION BY MOTOR TRANSPORT ON CITY ROADS. F OR WORKING WITH DATABASE WAS DEVELOPED A SET OF SOFTWARE MODULES, INCLUDING SPECIAL FORMS OF INFORMATION GATHERING. T HEY SYSTEMATIZE GROUPS OF FACTORS THAT AFFECT THE SITUATION ON THE ROAD, AND ALSO PROVIDE GENERAL DATA NECESSARY FOR STATISTICAL ANALYSIS.

9 S IMULATION MODEL OF A ROAD NETWORK SITE R OAD ACCIDENT STATISTICAL ANALYSIS SHOWED THAT THIS SITE IS A PLACE WITH ITS HIGH CONCENTRATION. T HIS CREATES PROBLEMS FOR THE PROPER FUNCTIONING OF THE TRANSPORT SYSTEM AND THE ENVIRONMENT, AS CONSTANT TRAFFIC CONGESTION SITUATIONS WORSEN NEGATIVE IMPACT OF TRANSPORT ON THE ENVIRONMENT. АП. MP 4 Circular movement of vehicles T HE EXPERIMENT THAT CONDUCTED ON THE MODEL, SHOWED THAT AT THE SAME TRAFFIC FLOW VOLUME A SPEED RATE OF ROAD SECTION WOULD INCREASE BY APPROXIMATELY 10%, AND THE PROBABILITY OF ROAD ACCIDENTS DECREASED BY 16%. A ND THE NUMBER OF CONFLICT POINTS ALSO DECREASES. ПА. MP 4 ПА. MP 4

10 S IMULATION MODEL OF A ROAD NETWORK SITE A NOTHER PLACE OF TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS CONCENTRATION IS THE SITE BEHIND THE CROSSING OF M IRA AVENUE WITH V AKHITOV AVENUE, WHICH REPRESENTS A TWO - LEVEL ROAD JUNCTION. 1.2. WMV1.2. WMV Road accident

11 C ONCLUSION E XPERIMENTS CARRIED OUT ON MODELS SHOWED THAT IN SIGNIFICANT TRAFFIC FLOW VOLUME DURING PEAK HOURS THERE IS A HIGH PROBABILITY OF EMERGENCIES OCCURRENCE, WHICH IS CONFIRMED IN PRACTICE P ROPOSED VARIANTS FOR STREET AND ROAD NETWORK RECONSTRUCTION AFTER CAREFUL STUDY WERE AGREED WITH THE TRAFFIC POLICE AND SOME OF PROPOSALS HAVE ALREADY BEEN IMPLEMENTED I T ALLOWS TO INCREASE TRANSPORT SYSTEM SAFETY OF THE CITY, AS WELL AS TO REDUCE THE NEGATIVE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ON THE ENVIRONMENT
