3 LIABILITY Covered under the Homeland Security Act, Section 504. If the president declares an emergency status requiring mass vaccination, all those working at sites to administer vaccine will be covered under this act and will be immune from liability.

4 RECALL Reverse 911 Communicator Your contact data will be placed in data base. Automatic dialer will call your numbers in your order of preference to play you a pre-recorded message, telling you to call the Communicator number. You will have an individual ID number. When you call back in, you will enter this number, and you will then listen to the activation message. The Communicator will continue to call until you have returned the call and “turned it off” with you ID number. You will also be able to update your information by calling in with your ID information.

5 Clinic Shifts, IDs, Supervision 8 hours shifts, 16 hour days Shift preference? ID badges will be handed out on first day of clinic Each clinic will be supervised by a Public Health Program Manager, and will have trained public health staff to do “just in time” training and orientation
