Using video 1.Select the camera icon to see a preview of what people will see. When you are ready, select Start My Video button. 2.To see the video window outside of the meeting, select Pop out people region. 3.To end video, click the camera icon again.

Pick a layout The Pick a Layout icon in the right hand corner is key to get your screen set-up the way you want (like showing more of what's being presented or attendees pictures). Gallery View shows all the participants’ pictures or videos. Content View see a full view of the content, but won’t see the participants. Compact View shows only the participants’ pictures; hover over a picture to see their contact information.
