3. A Muslim patient, reported with severe breathlessness. He was brought on a stretcher. He could not even move.

4. He was feeling hot, was aggravated by cold things and had marked perspiration. He would feel better after having warm drinks.

5. The asthmatic attack was very very bad. The patient was dependent on a number of bronchodilators and steroids. He could not even talk.
