8 History of the KCC The KCC Today Growth of the KCC Questions & Discussion Owns the results of the PIF study Formed in July 2014 Ontario PeopleSoft Shared Responsibilit y Initiative (OPSRI) Responsible for implementing the recommendations in the study First project focused on establishing a knowledge management centre Group still exists, but has not been active since KCC project initiation

18 The day-to-day operations of the KCC are managed at the ITS Project Portfolio Office at Queen’s University. Responsible for contract management with the KCC Service Provider In charge of end user account creation and managing access controls Permissions Management Vendor Management Provide end-user training, support and troubleshooting assistance End User Support History of the KCC The KCC Today Growth of the KCC Questions & Discussion Its admin responsibilities include:
