Lion’s Park RESIDENCES: 2  Lion’s Park residences is a 1.9 ha. development of CDC Realty, Inc., @ the heart of Parañaque City.  It was design by GGG Architects headed by Arch.Manuel Go, Jr., with Landscape design by ADI.  It composes of eleven (11) buildings, 5 to 6 storey’s in height, mostly residential consists of 1 & 2 Bdrm units.  Amenities such as Swimming Pool, Multi-Purpose Building, Parking buildings, Guardhouse & Gates w/ 24 hours security, Underground Meralco & PLDT facilities, etc.

3. Construction issues/Concerns/Action taken 3 For Butterfly & Camel: Installation of Genset @ Butterfly building and hook up of camel building to Antelope building. For Bison & Codfish: Hook up of genset @ Butterfly Building. For Dolphin: CECON’s accomplishment: Projected-44.29%Concreting Topping-Off was conducted last Thursday, July 02, 2009. Actual-53.36%CHB laying @ 2 nd to 4 th floor were substantially completed, Variance- 9.07% while 5 th & 6 th are on-going. No. of days ahead- 28 daysSlab on-fill preparation are still on-going, for FDT by next week.
