Your skill test was comprised of the following tasks, and you must pass both to pass the skill test: FAILED: MAP Med Admin (07) The following is a list of every missed or incomplete step on each FAILED task of your skill exam: TASK: MAP Med Admin (07) Check #1: Candidate performs by comparing the HCP order and the pharmacy label. Check #2: Candidate performs by comparing the pharmacy label and the medication sheet.
