14. Sonohysterogram 3.5x3.4 cm hyperechoic irregular marginated mass in uterine cavity are seen. After saline infused, 1.7 in depth of ant wall and 1.0cm in depth of post wall of endometrium are identified in uterine cavity which suggest endometrial hyperplasia. But the proliferated endometrial pattern shows atypical and irregular shadow. No evidence of myometrial invasion are seen. 18. 55-year-old woman undergoing tamoxifen treatment for 5 years. Longitudinal sonohysterogram reveals circumferentially thickened endometrium (solid arrows) measuring 12 mm and containing cystic areas. Catheter (open arrows) is in cervix. Histopathology from hysteroscopy with dilatation and curettage showed endometrial hyperplasia with atypia.

19. Complex endometrial hyperplasia with no atypia and lobular-appearing endometrium in 48-year-old woman who presented with heavy bleeding and cramps. Transverse saline hysterosonogram shows lobular endometrium (arrow) with no polyps. No polyps were identified in material submitted to pathology following dilatation and curettage.
