6. Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) The CHSP provides entry level support services. The CHSP brought together: Commonwealth HACC programme; Planned respite from National Respite for Carers programme; Day Therapy Centres; and also Assistance with Care and Housing for the Aged. 5
