This month provides time to focus and increase awareness of alcoholism, its causes, and treatment. Facts: Approximately 17% of men and 8% of women will be dependent on alcohol in their lifetime. 15 15 Autism: Did You Know?  Autism is a neurological disorder  Autism now affects 1 in 68 children and 1 in 42 boys  Boys are nearly five times more likely than girls to have Autism  Autism typically appears in children prior to age 3  An estimated 23,000 military dependents, including children of active duty, reserve and guard families, are affected by Autism  Children with autism do progress – early intervention is key

Surveys are sent via email to the Residents and take approximately 10 minutes to fill out. Launch date is 28 April and run for 30 days. There will be weekly drawings for prizes ranging from $50 to $1000. Your feedback is important and the Army wants to hear from you.
